About: David A. Hernandez, Esquire, LL.M.

David A. Hernandez, Esquire, LL.M. in Taxation, is an associate attorney and counselor at law at The Hernandez Law Firm, P.A. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida. In 2015, David received his Bachelor of Arts in History from Florida State University. In 2019, David received his Juris Doctor Law Degree from St. Thomas University School of Law. In 2020, David received his Master of Law Degree (LL.M.) in Taxation from Northwestern University School of Law focusing on International Estate and Tax Planning, Comprehensive Trust Planning and Design, and Business Succession Planning. David guides clients in the various areas of Estate Planning, Trust Planning and Trust Administration, Probate and Estate Administration, Business Formation and Succession Planning, and Special Needs Planning. David helps his clients through the difficult process of planning for oneself and family. When not assisting clients on their life journey, David can be found enjoying spending time with family and friends, reading a new spy novel or fantasy story, and exploring the Florida outdoors.
